Noureen DeWulf was born on the 28th of February, 1984, at New York City. The actress always displayed a large amount of enthusiasm for acting. In her time at the School of the Arts of Boston University, Noureen began building the foundations for her professional future. After graduating Noureen started to audition for various roles. In 2005, she was offered an important role in a movie called West Bank Story. West Bank Story was screened at other film festivals all across the globe following its premiere at Sundance Film Festival 2005. Furthermore it won the Oscar in the category of Best Live Action Short Film during the 2007 79th Academy Awards and paved the way for Noureen DeWulf's future success.
